since the migration is not complicated process please start migration at for your reminder and suitable time but after 02.00 AM US TIME (at night). Before activating please do nessasary backups of the files that are going to be replaced if any. Please let me know when are you going to activate your template.

We are planning to sent a mass notification to all EN.COM users once your responsive theme has been activated and confirmed 100% functioning.

HOWEVER i agree with you we are already thinking about creating a direct support page between EN.COM customers and us.
To do so we wil need to create a support page on EN.COM portal here https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=createPage. Technical Support

the Technical Support link should be added as a Technical Support tab here https://excellentnumbers.com/account.php .
the support page shoud contain the following form fileds for EN.CUSTOMERS;

First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Confirm Email Address
Country, State

Company
Phone Number
Do your have an account on EN Yes / No tick box
Device Used (mobile phone , model, Desk Top OS browser details)
Text box to describe the issue experienced so we could reproduce it.

File to attach ( just allow jpg,png, txt)
Sent button.

The fields will help us to gather issue information what we need.
