I have thoroughly investigated the code but did not find any errors. I also tested the registration process on the mobile version, and it is working correctly there as well. While testing, I referred to the video you shared in post #15385.

Is it possible that the issue might be related to the user’s browser not loading the page properly or due to some unwanted cache? I tested the process twice today, and you will see two new registration entries that I created during testing.
