Hello Nishit, your #15375 screen is correct you do not need to photocopy it again as we have already attached this copy for you and draw errors that still persist during the refund process.

The job # we have sent to you is just for your reference so you can open it for your investigation if necessary. The refund issue happens not only for this particular job but in refund process.

We can see significant breack trough with your Refund repair and it has started working a way better, thank you for this Nishit. You just need to apply some minor adjustments for it. If order has got more than one number and customer wants to refund only one number the refund should calculate properly;

Here is an example for your better understanding:

ORDER A
COUPON DSICOUNTS: 50% off
NUMBER 1 – Value 100
NUMBER 2 – Value 100
NUMBER 3 – Value 100
TOTAL CHARGES – 300

Since 50% coupon applied customer paid 150 (50% off)
So each number value become 150

If customer requested refund for for NUMBER 1 only and since we have got 50% discount for ALL ORDER then each number cost become 50 for each number and we only return 50$ back ONLY FOR NUMBER 1

and charge only 100 for the ALL ORDER.
and once refund applied the TOTAL CHARGES PRICE SHOULD DISPLAY that refund deductions and send correct information to the client and record in the system.

1. In your order discount figures not being updated in TOTAL CHARGES
2 Also discount notes should be in red color

This should be easy to fix:)
