Hello Nishit, we have raised an issue in this ticket #15176 about En new mebers registration, then you replied back to check the registration form here #15183, and today we noted that the regestration form not working on EN site. Lucky we have got a customer who contacted us saying that EN registration form not working so we checked again and confirm that you havn’t fixed that.
Sometime ago we asked you to remove PIN code fileds to remove and you removed them and we think you siply hide PIP code fields from regestration form but when ppl would like to register on EN site the site keeps asking to feel all the fields. When we feeled all the filds it still asking thatnot all fileds feelds so we suspcet thats becaus when we aked you to remove the PIN code input you hide it bit not removed its code and now everytime customer would like to create an account on EN site they can not do it.
Please fix it asap there are loads of customers can not register on EN site now:(
