Thank you for testing the latest build and for sharing the video.

We carefully reviewed the issues you mentioned (Not display text input field properly while typing, crash during offline video sending). However, we have tested the same build on multiple Android devices across different OS versions — including older versions than your device — and all functionalities are working correctly without crashes.

When an issue appears only on a specific device but not on others using the same APK, it is typically related to device-level factors such as:

– OS-level restrictions or manufacturer customizations
– Cached data from previous installs
– Battery optimization / background limits
– Device storage or memory conditions
– Corrupted installation or outdated build remnants

To properly investigate and resolve this, we kindly ask you to do the following:

1. Confirmation that the previous app version was fully uninstalled before installing the new one
2. A fresh test after rebooting the device

We recommend testing on a second device as well to determine whether the behavior is device-specific and send the screen recording if possible

We are committed to resolving any genuine issues, but we need reproducible information to proceed effectively.
