Hello Nishit we have got more feedback from EN team and this is what they say:

As we can see there have been only 4 test orders created trough CLEC inventory on EN. However inteliquent reports that there much more orders have been recieved to our inteliquent account.

there were 44 numbers have been purcased for just 1 hour but we can not see all these orders on EN. So this seems to be the major problem as many customers complain that they submit their CLEC orders but their orders not going trough to EN.
