Hi Nishit it seems that your #15371 (fixed regestration form)was regarding the dectop only and EN mobile version regestration form still not working and many customers trying to register now but from their mobiles and it is not working ;(.
Well let me remind you about the customers and EN team:
all of them are SUPER BUSSY people, some of them and their customers are retired and old some of them wearing reading glasses and do not have computer literacy.
If you look at the video in #15385 people spent so much time when they try to register on EN project and it is very hard for them to figure out which filed not fileed and why regestration buttons are not procceed further they are getting very stressed and angrree why they can not do some easy steps taht supposed to be very simple.
So they address their frustration to EN team and EN team reporting back to us and wondering why we still cannot fix it and make it user friendly.
We hear some questions like: – “are you guys checking the process it self do you see that it is not user friendly and why you can not fix it?” ; ” are you able to cope with this job or we better hire somone else?” this kind of messages should be recieved as a high priority and even warning.
That means if you Nishit not 100% finished somthing and saying that it is complete this is not the way we want to go. Im also not tester and we do not want to hire a tester as it will affect your payout.
If you do somthing before reporting completed please make sure, DOUBLE , TRIPLE cheeck if the work is done, yes it is good to record a video from your side that it is working. Unfortunately i could not test EN mobile version and this seems to be still not done and regestratio process not working from EN.COM mobile.
Yes im looking forward when we migrate new EN.CV to EN.COM and we no longer going to use old EN.COM mobile version, but in order to move there we MUST be sure all working 100%.
From your #15381 i assume that EN.CV not even ready to migrate yet so we doing same mistakes again and again ( reporting complete job when it is not) .
Please Nishit be very carefull with this as it is very serious we do not want to loose you and we trust your proffesionalism but we can not make our customers feel sad.
So please FIX registration form on EN.COM both desk top and mobile. When im saying FIX on EN.COM decktom i mean it is working but when customers filliout the form please make it clear which filelds not complete so new EN members can see what to fill out which area not filled out if it is state make that field SHINE RED and message that somthing lime YOU MISSED THIS fealed to fillout please complete SO ALL THE PEOPLE can see hhat filed is missing and that feald hilights so IT IS 200% clear what is missing to proceed and complete with regestration, same on EN.COM mobile, and when we migtare IT iS ALL WORK on NEW RESSPONSIVE theme.
Will add more funds to your payout later on if you do it quickly.
THIS IS URGENT new EN customers want to register to pay money to EN so they can continiew trust you and PAY you
it is impornatnt now once this 100% done we can continiew further.
