on your video there is no authorised step, also number not activated (some customers activate numbers and then refund) so it used to refund any number.
Aslo on your video i could not see email that EN site admin show in tite

what about click item returned min 5.21 on EN admin video.On minute 5.54 EN site admins reloaded the page.On minute 6.08 site admin says that they are missing refunded quanty in the order and it means that refunded value is missing so it is not correct already.
Nishit can you please advice have you checked the EN copy that i sent to you on the server VIPZONE? the refund work well before and now it does not.
EN team very unhappy we would like to know if you able to fix refund or not it has been multiple times tyou can not find any issues but on your videos we can not see what we see on EN team videos.
The refund is not working for them and they do not wnat any othre works to continew untill we fix refund.
Please let me know if you chececked VIPZONE folder which is EN project from 2016?
