As I know, EN.com. Only user/customer can update the Ring To numbers from the front end. Admin can not make any changes on it. And as per Activation code for https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=viewactivepending the Ring to will update follow me on the telinta if the customer already set it for that number from front(My numbers), But it is not update/set on the telinta by admin.
