Hello,
I have some query regarding the task.

1) Assigned Phone Numbers Page :
Comment : What do you mean by assigned Phone numbers(Completed numbers Or Ported out Numbers)?
2) Notification Repairs :
a) When site admin receives notification email Activation Status Unsuccessful in reason – please correct TN Status – IN Used to In Use (without “D”)
Comment : I can not get this line from this task.
