For #6290
No This might not be an Issue for Page loading.And if this stuck effects page loading then this was temporary.
Main Issue is the Notification Bell https://postimg.cc/jD4tXDvC. It loads 245383 notification in back, and this generates massive list of notification so it took time to load.
