Hi Nishit could you please check this order # 20247 a client bought three numbers and activated three of them, when we open the order it shows that 2 numbers have been activated but third number wasn’t.
We have a notification email received for the number that is not activated saying that activation was unsuccessful .However when we check Telinta all numbers got activated so we not sure what a bug was that with third number showing not activated. The site admin has clicked activate number from backend, so it shows all three activated.
The order is now fixed but please investigate if there is any bug on it?
