Hi Nishit, thank you for your reply, i do not think you will need a backup which is we also always do. Jeffs team have migrated the projects cPanel to cPanel so it was not a files transfer but entire accounts.

At this stage the numbers are being activated now, we have logged in to Telinta from ExcelentNumbers API then we change the password there which after we logged in to EN admin – settings – store settings – Telinta and put same pass here.

However pins not changing and logs still not showing up.
