Hello Nishit thank you for your updates,
For #5706 if we look at email settings it does already have administrate email input field, if you believe that we need an extra one for an operational notifications then please do so. I think it wil be good to have one and the current one for other default emails notifications.

for #5707 thank you for your speed will check this and get back to you IF any issues found.
