Hi Nishit thank you for #5571,
as per #5557 the answer will be YES all the prices will be $10

BUT for 1200000 this number there will be /is an other rule with 00000 zeros and price will be different and more dearer.

So couple thinks to indicate in your code:
The biggest price value overrule the lowest price.
And as per job will be having some exception rules which overrules others.
