For #5478,
Question here do we have any cron job for auto approve and reject ?
-> Yes there is a crone job for auto approve the Port Out if user will not approve/Reject the port out request.

Thanks For the clearing the issue into rule. Changes for Pricing Rules task has been made and up for testing.
When, Admin select the Pricing Condition -> Area code. The drop-down for Type is also appear. There are two option in it.
1) By Price -> It will add the price into the base price.
2) By Percentage -> It will add the % Price value to the Base price.
