Hello Nishit we have checked both Logs Telinta and EN API please find more comments below:

1) Telinta Logs – we can see recording activity but if you check the task it says: – Please check how current system logs is made so we need the similar. We can see the error pins but we still can not see which number is associated with each particular task and we can not assist to our client and conduct investigation. We expected to se the same icone with + button so when it expands we could read the error details with numbers associated with this error etc, please see how error logs displayed.
2) API logs – being used by many customers and we see nothing could you please display all activity.
3) Error logs generate same error can you please advice if it is fixable.
