URGENT:
It seems that you had done something so we have stopped receiving carrier lookup data it is not showing in admin and also not being sent to our clients. It is very important to fix it asap as our customers do not know what carrier they have and can not operate with their numbers.Can you please fix it urgently.See screen shot below.
