hello Nishit we checked sync and unfortunately it does not work. We randomly found a user on telinta changed email and pass then went back to voip clicked sync then we saw a pop up sync complete but email did not show and not synchronized.

More over we tried to login with newly changed credentials to voip area and it failed and responded with error These credentials do not match our records but user exist on both voip and telinta
can you please check
