Hello NIshit great report thank you for that:
there are couple points that found form your screen shots are:
1) We can not find the screen shot when failed activation if the error from Telinta displays properly on Admin
2) if you could please make a gap between the numbers records in admin part so they are not stick to each other.
Apart form that great report will send this to testing team to check if something else and get back to you with results.
