Hi Nishit you are right here if the number has already assigned / in use to any other client then system can not assign this number to an other client unless we suspend that account BUT we do not need any account suspensions. So when Client A purchased a number on Excellent Numbers and attempts to activate it but system checks this number on Telinta and sees that this particular number had already assigned to a Client B then an appropriate notification should be displayed for Client A as per job and site admin must receive a report about this failed number activation process so we can sort it manually to avoid big mess on the sites.

We might create an additional job for this “failed assignment” scenario later on.
