For #3594

1) in #3507 clause 3) still not fixed and is not working it is very important to get that fixed. – In Progress
2) When number reserved the timer comes up right but word OR still remain under reserved number for non logged in users. Screen shot here – Done

1)hello here is an other screen buttons not aligned – Done.
