1) once again i checked in different resolutions i did not get issues like jumping or tick marks, can you clear the cache and check again.(take a screen shot)
2) & 3) i changed it to the alert message.
4) when you expand the order detail then you will be able to see the message there. while when you clicked on given ‘1 message’ link it will used for sending a new message.
5) can you once send me the both email which you received of orders so can verify it because i already changed the design of email template. (suggest me which type of change you need ??)
