Please make sure that the system will be adding “1” only when API call goes to telinta so in the Telinta database the format will be 11 digits. But anywhere in our Excellent Numbers website, the format must be 10 digits with NO “1” added. including any email notifications. (Please note that the only place where we use 11 digit format on the web is the account number and please don’t change it.)
Also, If possible please disable the call forwarding email notification which goes to admin since after this job is done all forwardings will be automatic so we no longer need to get any notice of that.
