HI as I examine your message I have found the following misunderstanding from our previous instructions above:
It has been advised to call PeerLess provider numbers data base by state only. There was no indication of doing the same for the Intelligent provider.
So intelligent products could be requested as usual so it should resolve your A and B issues.
As per your C clause please advice if your getting positive results now:
D – Peerless have you tried to call and store each state by 200 numbers if that config works well? If so please ensure that next each session stores new numbers in the Voip global DB.
